Using Technology Is Critical!

I’m not talking about your broker’s site here, I mean your own. A site that is generating leads that come straight to you!
(2) A Best In Class CRM: Your CRM must be integrated with your website so that all of the most important data regarding your consumers search is at your finger tips. What homes are they viewing, how many times are they viewing them? How frequently are they returning to the site? Your CRM must also provide you the opportunity to text and email right from the system and to be able to record notes and set reminders for follow up.
(3) A Fully Functional Agent App: The agent app should power the agent’s business no matter where they are. What should the agent app capabilities be? Everything described above in CRM description. The agent app should literally be the CRM on the go.
(4) A Cutting Edge Consumer Search App. If you expect your clients to search using your search app it has to be amazing. Good just won’t cut it. It needs to be easy to use. It needs the most accurate data and it needs to be fast. And it needs to be directly
integrated with your CRM. In the absence of a smooth, easy to use app to offer to your clients, please know they are using Zillow’s or Realtor.com’s app which means any inquiries they make are going to other agents.
(5) Automated Lead Follow Up Systems: The ability to do lead follow up at the very highest levels requires you to be able to leverage technology. The use of automated text messaging and email campaigns enables the agent to get more done in less time. Less time spent in the details means more time to sell, which means more income.
(6) Automated Contract To Close Systems. The ability to provide the highest level of customer service requires a technology system that has automated reminders for task management. A systemized approach to this part of the business can insure better communication with your clients resulting in a stress free transaction and more referrals.
